(وَيَتَّجِهُ) اشْتِرَاطُ كَوْنِ مَاءِ ذَلِكَ الْمِلْحِ (غَيْرَ مُسْتَعْمَلٍ قَبْلَ انْعِقَادِهِ) إذْ لَوْ كَانَ مُسْتَعْمَلًا قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ لَسَلَبَهُ الطَّهُورِيَّةَ.

صَرَّحَ بِهِ فِي " الْمُغْنِي " وَغَيْرِهِ، فَلَا حَاجَةَ إلَى ذِكْرِهِ
