(وَ) كَذَا (لَا يُقْبَلُ قَوْلُ سَيِّدِ مُكَاتَبٍ مَيِّتٍ) لَهُ أَوْلَادٌ مِنْ زَوْجَةِ عَتِيقِهِ (أَنَّهُ أَدَّى، وَعَتَقَ لِيَجُرَّ الْوَلَاءَ) ؛ أَيْ: وَلَاءَ أَوْلَادِهِ مِنْ مَوْلَى أُمِّهِمْ، لِأَنَّ الْأَصْلَ عَدَمُ الْأَدَاءِ.
