(وَإِنْ أَدَّى) مُكَاتَبٌ مَا عَلَيْهِ (لِوَارِثٍ) بَعْدَ مَوْتِ سَيِّدِهِ (فَالْوَلَاءُ لِلسَّيِّدِ) الَّذِي كَاتَبَهُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ هُوَ الَّذِي أَفَادَهُ السَّبَبُ، هَذَا الْمَذْهَبُ، قَالَهُ ابْنُ رَجَبٍ.
