(وَمَنْ كَانَ عَادَتُهُمْ التَّخْفِيفُ) فِي الْمَهْرِ (عَلَى عَشِيرَتِهِمْ دُونَ غَيْرِهِمْ، اُعْتُبِرَ ذَلِكَ) لِأَنَّ الْعَادَةَ لَهَا أَثَرٌ فِي الْمِقْدَارِ فَكَذَا فِي التَّخْفِيفِ.
