(فَإِنْ صَرَّحَ فِي لَفْظِهِ بِالْوَثَاقِ فَقَالَ: طَلَّقْتُكِ مِنْ وَثَاقِي؛ لَمْ يَقَعْ) عَلَيْهِ الطَّلَاقُ؛ لِأَنَّ مَا يَتَّصِلُ بِالْكَلَامِ يَصْرِفُهُ عَنْ مُقْتَضَاهُ كَالِاسْتِثْنَاءِ وَالشَّرْطِ.
