(وَلَا تَصِحُّ تَعَبُّدًا صَلَاةُ غَيْرِ جِنَازَةٍ فِي مَقْبَرَةٍ قَدِيمَةٍ، أَوْ لَا تُقُلِّبَتْ أَوَّلًا) وَهِيَ: مَدْفِنُ الْمَوْتَى، لِحَدِيثِ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ مَرْفُوعًا «لَا تَتَّخِذُوا الْقُبُورَ مَسَاجِدَ، فَإِنِّي أَنْهَاكُمْ عَنْ ذَلِكَ» رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ.
