وَلَا عِدَّةَ فِي بَاطِلٍ إلا بِوَطءٍ

(وَلَا عِدَّةَ فِي) نِكَاحٍ (بَاطِلٍ) مُجْمَعٌ عَلَى بُطْلَانِهِ كَمُعْتَدَّةٍ وَخَامِسَةٍ (إلَّا بِوَطْءٍ) لِأَنَّ وُجُودَ صُورَتِهِ كَعَدَمِهَا،
11,780فَإِنْ وَطِئَ لَزِمَتْ الْعِدَّةُ كَالزَّانِيَةِ.
