وَلَا يَضُرُّ انْحِرَافُ وَاحِدٍ يَميِنًا وَآخَرَ شِمَالًا

(وَلَا يَضُرُّ) بَعْدَ اتِّفَاقِهِمَا (انْحِرَافُ وَاحِدٍ يَمِينًا وَآخَرَ شِمَالًا) ، لِاتِّفَاقِ اجْتِهَادِهِمَا فِي الْجِهَةِ.
وَالْوَاجِبُ الِاجْتِهَادُ إلَى الْجِهَةِ، وَقَدْ اتَّفَقَا عَلَيْهِ، وَهَذَا الِانْحِرَافُ مَعْفُوٌّ عَنْهُ.
