(وَإِنْ نَذَرَ) أَنْ يَهَبَ لِفُلَانٍ شَيْئًا (أَوْ حَلَفَ أَنْ يَهَبَ لَهُ) شَيْئًا (بَرَّ بِالْإِيجَابِ) لِلْهِبَةِ، سَوَاءٌ قَبْلَ الْمَوْهُوبِ لَهُ أَوْ لَا.
