(لَا) يَحْنَثُ مَنْ حَلَفَ لَا يَلْبَسُ حُلِيًّا إنْ لَبِسَ (عَقِيقًا أَوْ سَيْحًا أَوْ حَرِيرًا) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا يُسَمَّى حُلِيًّا كَخَرَزِ الزُّجَاجِ (وَلَا إنْ حَلَفَ لَا يَلْبَسُ قَلَنْسُوَةً، فَلَبِسَهَا فِي رِجْلِهِ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ لِبْسًا لَهَا.
