وَأَنْ يُؤَدِّبَ خَصمًا افْتَاتَ عَلَيهِ بِقَوْلِهِ: حَكَمْتَ عَلَيَّ بِغَيرِ الحَقِّ، أَو ارْتَشَيتَ وَنَحْوَهُ وَلَوْ لَمْ يُثبِتْ بِبَيِّنَةٍ وَلَهُ أَنْ يَعْفُوَ
