(وَعَمَّةٌ وَخَالَةٌ) سَوَاءٌ، (أَوْ بِنْتَا أَخٍ وَأُخْتٌ سَوَاءٌ) ، لِاسْتِوَائِهِمَا فِي الْقُرْبِ وَالْمَحْرَمِيَّةِ، أَشْبَهَا الْعَمَّتَيْنِ أَوْ الْخَالَتَيْنِ، وَحُكْمُ تَقَدُّمِهِنَّ كَرِجَالٍ، فَيُقَدَّمُ مِنْهُنَّ مَنْ يُقَدَّمُ مِنْ رِجَالٍ لَوْ كُنَّ رِجَالًا.
