مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَيْسَ لَرَجُلٍ غُسْلُ ابْنَةِ سَبْعِ) سِنِينَ فَأَكْثَرَ إنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ زَوْجَتَهُ أَوْ أَمَتَهُ؛ لِأَنَّ لِعَوْرَتِهَا حُكْمًا. (وَلَا لَهَا) ، أَيْ: الْمَرْأَةِ، (غُسْلُ ابْنِ سَبْعِ) سِنِينَ فَأَكْثَرَ، غَيْرَ زَوْجِهَا وَسَيِّدِهَا، لِمَا تَقَدَّمَ.
