(قَالَ ابْنُ عَقِيلٍ: لِأَنَّ جَمِيعَهُ صَارَ عَوْرَةً) إكْرَامًا لَهُ، (فَلِذَا شُرِعَ سَتْرُ جَمِيعِهِ) بِالْكَفَنِ. (انْتَهَى) .

قَالَ: فَيَحْرُمُ نَظَرُهُ.

وَلَا يَجُوزُ أَنْ يَحْضُرَهُ إلَّا مَنْ يُعِينُ فِي أَمْرِهِ، نَقَلَهُ عَنْهُ فِي " الْمُبْدِعِ ".
