(وَكُرِهَ) تَكْفِينُ رَجُلٍ (فِي أَكْثَرَ) مِنْ ثَلَاثٍ، قَالَهُ فِي " الْمُسْتَوْعِبِ " وَ " الشَّرْحِ " وَغَيْرِهِمَا مَا فِيهِ مِنْ إضَاعَةِ الْمَالِ الْمَنْهِيِّ عَنْهَا. (وَ) كُرِهَ (تَعْمِيمُهُ) ، أَيْ: الْمَيِّتِ.
