(وَإِنْ نَكَلَ) مُكَاتَبٌ عَنْ الْحَلِفِ أَنَّ مَا بِيَدِهِ مِلْكُهُ (حَلَفَ سَيِّدُهُ) أَنَّهُ حَرَامٌ وَلَمْ يَلْزَمْهُ قَبُولُهُ.
