(وَيَجُوزُ) لِمُسْلِمٍ (رَدُّ) سَلَمٍ (مَعِيبٍ) أَخَذَهُ غَيْرَ عَالِمٍ بِعَيْبِهِ وَيَطْلُبُ بَدَلَهُ. (وَ) لَهُ (أَخْذُ أَرْشِهِ) مَعَ إمْسَاكِهِ كَمَبِيعٍ غَيْرِ سَلَمٍ.
