(وَمَا يَشْتَرِيهِ الْبَعْضُ) مِنْ الشُّرَكَاءِ (بَعْدَ عَقْدِهَا) أَيْ: الشَّرِكَةِ (فَ) هُوَ (لِلْجَمِيعِ) ; لِأَنَّ كُلًّا مِنْهُمْ وَكِيلُ الْبَاقِينَ وَأَمِينُهُمْ إلَّا أَنْ يَنْوِيَ الشِّرَاءَ لِنَفْسِهِ فَيَخْتَصُّ بِهِ
