أما إن أسلمت في عدتها فمفهوم كلامه ثبوت النكاح، وهو بناء على مختاره من القول بالوقف، وعلى الرواية الأخرى لا وقف، فينفسخ النكاح حين ارتدادها، وقد تقدم توجيه الروايتين، والله أعلم.
