(وَإِنْ أَطْلَقَ لَهُ أَنْ يَسْتَأْجِرَ غَيْرَهُ) لِأَنَّ الْوَاجِبَ عَلَيْهِ عَمَلٌ مُطْلَقٌ فِي ذِمَّتِهِ وَيُمْكِنُ الْإِيفَاءُ بِنَفْسِهِ وَبِغَيْرِهِ كَالْمَأْمُورِ بِقَضَاءِ الدَّيْنِ.
