(فلو أقام) المسافر سفر طاعة يبلغ المسافة (ما يمنع القصر لشغل) كتاجر أقام لبيع متاعه فوق أربعة أيام (أو علم، ونحوه) كرباط في سبيل الله (ولم ينو استيطانًا، لزمته بغيره) لعموم الآية والأخبار.
