(و) يحرم (دفنه في مسجد ونحوه (١) ) كمدرسة، ورباط؛ لتعيين الواقف الجهة لغير ذلك (وبنبش) مَنْ دفن بمسجد ونحوه، ويخرج. نصًا ؛ تداركًا للعمل بشرط الواقف.
