(وللبائع إخراج زكاة مبيع) مشروط (فيه خيار منه) أي: من المبيع؛ لسبق تعلق الزكاة به على المبيع (فيبطل البيع في قدره) أي: قدر ما أخرجه عن الزكاة: لتفويته إيَّاه على المشتري.
