(وإن زكَّت) المرأة (صداقها كله، ثم تنصف) الصداق (بطلاقه (١) ) أو نحوه (رجع) الزوج (فيما بقي) من الصداق (بكل حقه) وهو النصف تامًّا؛ لقوله تعالى:{فَنِصْفُ مَا فَرَضْتُمْ} والزكاة فاتت عليها؛ لأنَّ الملك كان لها.
