(ولا يجوز إخراج جنس عن جنس آخر) لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "خُذِ الحبَّ من الحبِّ، والإبلَ من الإبلِ، والبقرَ من البقرِ، والغنمَ من الغنمِ" رواه أبو داود وابن ماجه .
