(ويجزئ صاع دقيق وسويق، ولو مع وجود الحَبِّ) نص عليه . واحتج بزيادة انفرد بها ابن عيينة، من حديث أبي سعيد:"أو صاعًا من دقيق". قيل لابن عيينة: إن أحدًا لا يذكره فيه، قال: بل هو فيه. رواه الدارقطني . قال المجد: بل أولى بالإجزاء؛ لأنه كفى مؤنته، كتمر نُزعَ حبه .
