(وإن جامع في يوم رأى الهلالَ في ليلته، ورُدَّت شهادته) لفسقِه أو غيره (فعليه القضاء والكفَّارة) لأنه أفطر يومًا مِن رمضان بجِماع، فلزمته كما لو قُبِلت شهادته.
