(وإذا سَرَّحَ شَعرَه فيه وجَمَعَه) أي: الساقط مِن شعره (فلم يتركه) بالمسجد (فلا بأس بذلك، سواء قلنا بطهارة الشَّعر أو نجاسته) لإخلاء المسجد عنه
