(وإذا قطع) الآدمي (ما يَحرُمُ قَطْعُه) من شجر الحرم وحشيشه ونحوه (حَرُمَ انتفاعُه) به (و) حرم (انتفاعُ غيرِه به) لأنه ممنوع من إتلافه؛ لحُرمة الحرم،

فإذا قَطَعه من يحرم عليه قَطْعُه، لم ينتفع به، (كصيدٍ ذبحه مُحْرِم) لا يَحِلُّ به ولا لغيره.
