(وإن وكَّل من يصحُّ ذبحه، ولو ذِميًّا) كتابيًّا أبواه كتابيان (جاز, ومسلمٌ أفضل) من ذِمي؛ لأنه - صلى الله عليه وسلم - "استنابَ عليًّا في نَحْر ما بَقِي من بُدْنِهِ".
