(وإن لطَّخ رأسه بزعفران، فلا بأس) لقول بريدة: "كُنَّا في الجاهليَّةِ إذا وُلِدَ لأحدنا غلامٌ، ذبح عنه شاة؛ ويلطَخُ رأسه بدَمها، فلمَّا جاء الإسلامُ، كنَّا نذبح شَاةً، ونَحلقُ رأسَهُ، ونلطِّخُهُ بزعفران". رواه أبو داود
