(ولم تحِلَّ) الغنائم (لغير هذه الأمَّة) لحديث أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "لم تَحِلّ الغنَائِمُ لقومٍ سُودِ الرؤوسِ غيرِكم، كانت تنزِلُ نارٌ من السّماءِ تأكُلُها" متفق عليه .
