(ولا يُخمَّس) لأن الله تعالى أضافه إلى أهل الخُمس كما أضاف خُمس الغنيمة، فإيجاب الخُمس فيه لأهله دون باقيه مَنْعٌ لما جعله الله تعالى لهم بغير دليل،

ولو أُريد الخُمس منه لذكره الله تعالى، كما ذكره في خُمس الغنيمة، فلما لم يذكره ظهر إرادة الاستيعاب.
