(ولا يُخبِرُ) إذا باع بتخبير الثمن (بأخذ نماءٍ) كصوف، ولبن غير موجودين حال الشراء (و) لا بـ (استخدامٍ، ووَطْءِ ثيبٍ إن لم ينقصه) أي: ينقص الوطء المبيع، كوطء البكر فيجب الإخبار به، كما لو وطئها غيره وأخذ الأَرْش.
