فإن شرط مكيالا أو ميزانا أو ذراعا بعينه أو صنجة بعنيها غير معلومات أو أسلم في مثل هذا الثوب ونحوه لم يصح:

(فإن شرط مكيالًا) بعينه (أو ميزانًا) بعينه (أو ذراعًا بعينه، أو صنجة بعينها غير معلومات، أو أسْلَم في مثل هذا الثوب ونحوه، لم يصح) السَّلَم؛ لأنه قد يهلك فتتعذَّر معرفة المسلم فيه، وهو غَرَر.
