(ولو أقرض) إنسان (فلَّاحه في شراء بقر يعمل عليها في أرضه) بالحرث ونحوه (أو) أقرضه في شراء (بذر يبذره فيها) أي: أرضه (فإن شرط) المقرِض (ذلك في القرض، لم يجز) لما تقدم .
