كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(فإن كانا) أي: المتراهنان (غائبين، أو تغيَّبا) مسافة القصر (وكان للعدل عُذر من مرض، أو سفر، أو نحوه، دَفَعه) العدل، أي: الرهن (إلى الحاكم فقبضه) منه (أو أقبضه) الحاكم (عدلًا) لقيام الحاكم مقامهما حينئذٍ.
