(ولو وَكَّل مسلمٌ ذميًا) أو معاهدًا، أو حربيًا (في شراء خمر، أو خنزير) أو نحوهما (لم يصح التوكيل) لأن شراء المسلم لذلك لا يصح، فتوكيله فيه كذلك (ولا) يصح (الشراء) لما سبق.
