(ولا يجوز استئجار الفحل للضِّراب) لنهيه - صلى الله عليه وسلم - "عن عَسْبِ الفَحلِ" متفق عليه . والعسب: إعطاء الكراء على الضراب على أحد التفاسير، ولأن المقصود الماء، وهو مُحرَّم لا قيمة له، فلم يجز أخذ العوض عنه كالميتة.
