(وللرجل دخوله إذا أمن وقوع محرم، بأن يسلم من النظر إلى عورات الناس) ومسها، (و) يسلم من (نظرهم إلى عورته) ومسها، لما روي أن ابن عباس "دخل حمامًا كان بالجحفة" وروي عنه - صلى الله عليه وسلم - أيضًا .
