(وإن قال المشترى: اشتريتُهُ بألفٍ. وأقام البائع بيِّنة أنه باعه بألفين؛ فللشفيع أخذه بألف) لأن المشتري مُقِرٌّ له باستحقاقه بألف، فلم يستحق الرجوع بأكثر.
