(ولو خرق) المستودَع (الكيس) المشدود على دراهم ونحوها (من فوق الشدِّ، لم يضمن إلا الخرق) لأنه لم يهتك الحِرْز. (و) بخرق الكيس (مِن تحته) أي: الشدِّ (يضمن أرْشَه) أي: الخرق (و) يضمن (ما فيه) من دراهم ونحوها إن ضاعت؛ لهتكه الحِرْزَ.
