(فأما مساكن ثمود، فلا تَمَلُّكَ فيها؛ لعدم دوام البكاء مع السُّكنى و) مع (الانتفاع؛ قاله الحارثي) وظاهر كلام غيره: تملك بالإحياء، ونقله في "الشرح"، بل صَرَّح به في "شرح المنتهى" عن جمع من الأصحاب؛ لعموم ما سبق.
