(ويقدَّم مُوسر ومقيم من أهل الحضانة، إذا التقطاه) أي: الموسر وضده، أو المقيم وضده (معًا على ضدِّهما) فيقدم الموسر على المعسر؛ لأنه أحظ للقيط، ويقدَّم المقيم على المسافر؛ لأنه أرفق باللقيط
