(وإن شرط الواقف ألا يؤجر وقفه، صح) الشرط (واتُّبع شرطه) وتقدم (وكذا لو شرط ألا يُزاد في عقد الإجارة على مدةٍ قدَّرها) فيتبع شرطه، وتقدم ، إلا لضرورة فيجوز بقدرها.
