(وإن أضافها) أي: الهبة (إلى عُمُرِ غيره) بأن قال: وهبتك الدار ونحوها عمرَ زيد (لم تصح) الهبة؛ لأنها مؤقتة وليست من العُمْرى ولا الرُّقْبى.
