(ولا يصح التيمم) من واجد الماء القادر على استعماله بلا ضرر (خوف فوت جنازة، ولا عيد، ولا مكتوبة) لأن الله تعالى إنما أباحه عند عدم الماء وهذا واجد له كسائر الشروط.
