(وولدُ الأب) ذكرًا كان أو أنثى، واحدًا أو أكثر (كولد الأبوين في مُقاسمةِ الجَدِّ، إذا انفردوا) عن ولد الأبوين؛ لاستواء درجتهم بالنسبة إلى أبي الميت.
