(وبنات الابن، إذا لم تكن بنات) أي: لا واحدة ولا أكثر (بمنزلتهن) فلبنت ابن نصف، ولبنتي ابن فأكثر الثلثان؛ قياسًا على بنات الصلب، أو لدخول أولاد الابن في الأولاد على ما تقدم في الوقف .
