(وحَجْب الحرمان) تارة يكون بالوصف؛ كالرق والكفر، فيمكن دخوله على جميع الورثة، وتارة يكون بالشخص فـ ( لا يدخل على خمسة) من الورثة (الزوجين والأبوين والولد) وضابطهم: من أدلى إلى الميت بنفسه غير المولى.
